“Capitol City Janitorial, Inc. is an active member of BOMA Austin of which Robbie Williams served as their Member Services Coordinator.

When we joined the organization, Robbie was so helpful in educating us in the best way to utilize our membership as a vendor. She was always responsive to our requests and never seemed to tire of our questions and even gracious when we made a total mess of an online registration. We also found her to continually attempt to make their website more user-friendly when she discovered something that could be improved for the end-user.

She was the face of BOMA on the website and at the monthly luncheons and annual events. We found all activities to be well organized because of Robbie’s efforts from behind the scene. She attempted to make the volunteers’ responsibilities less of a load as they served on the board and on committees. She worked endless hours, alongside the committee, in organizing the Golf Tournament and Extravaganza each year.
