Capitol City Janitorial, Inc. is an active member of BOMA Austin of which Robbie Williams served as their Member Services Coordinator.
When we joined the organization, Robbie was so helpful in educating us in the best way to utilize our membership as a vendor. She was always responsive to our requests and never seemed to tire of our questions and even gracious when we made a total mess of an online registration. We also found her to continually attempt to make their website more user-friendly when she discovered something that could be improved for the end-user.
She was the face of BOMA on the website and at the monthly luncheons and annual events. We found all activities to be well organized because of Robbie’s efforts from behind the scene. She attempted to make the volunteers’ responsibilities less of a load as they served on the board and on committees. She worked endless hours, alongside the committee, in organizing the Golf Tournament and Extravaganza each year. These events were well attended and an excellent resource for us to meet with the Property Managers and prospective customers.
We are part of several trade organizations and by far, BOMA is one of the best organized groups that we are affiliated with. Not only from the meetings and events themselves, but from the invoicing and registration processes. Robbie was involved in establishing these systems to insure that everything operated as smoothly as possible. When there was a glitch, she resolved it and was flexible to work with each company and member as though they were her only customer.
We truly appreciated Robbie’s talents and expertise that she generously shared while working at BOMA Austin and know that she would be an asset to any organization. She is tenacious in getting the job done but always with a calm and professional demeanor.

Robbie makes the most difficult tasks routine. She developed, designed and authored a bi-monthly newsletter improving communications within our entire organization. Robbie also has proven capabilities in developing HR forms and templates that assist in streamlining work processes. She can handle the most detailed procedure or the most creative design.
